I just did a little follow up research on some items from today's GA. First, regarding CISPA (H.R. 3523: Cyber IntelligenceSharing and Protection Act). For anyone who is unfamiliar with CISPA, it is described by the ACLU as "legislation that would give the government, including military spy agencies like the National Security Agency, unprecedented powers to snoop through people's personal information — medical records, private emails, financial information — all without a warrant, proper oversight or limits."
According to govtrack.us, it has not yet passed through the House or Senate (

Next, regarding City Council and County Board of Supervisors' meeting times:
City Council: 7:00 p.m. on the first, second and third Tuesdays of each month in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 990 Palm Street. Other meetings or study sessions are held as needed. Meeting agenda can be found here:
